The chalet I booked offered the best view of Ella Rock and had a nice sit out balcony with AC. the staff were really kind and always ready to help. the food served at the resort was brilliant. - the location of the resort was great, providing a wonderful experience.

The hotel is clean, has views of the mountains and tea plantations. Rooms are a nice size and well-equipped with the fan and ac, food is good. The location is convenient, 2 km from Nine Arch Bridge. What's more, it's in a truly beautiful area near the beautiful gardens, a delightful short hike through tea plantations to the top and which is open to the elements.

The staff at Ella Flower Garden Resort were affable and incredibly kind. the venue is in a central location, very close to the center, the railway station, and a garden. - Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Comfortable and Quite Spacious 🌿

We stayed in a chalet that was really big and had a modern feel to it. The bathroom was clean, which is always a big plus. The staff here were incredibly nice and the service was top-notch. Added bonus, we could park right onsite.
